At Firewire Surfboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all fins, traction pads, or accessories are included and the board is protected.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
