How long does it take to ship my surfboard?
In-stock boards typically ship within 2-4 business days. Custom orders or boards requiring specific glassing may take 4-6 weeks depending on the production cycle.
What is the return policy for boards damaged during shipping?
We offer a 100% guarantee against shipping damage. Please inspect your board upon arrival and report any issues within 24 hours to initiate a replacement or repair claim.
Do Firewire surfboards come with fins included?
To allow riders to customize their setup, our boards are sold without fins. However, we offer a wide range of FCS II and Futures compatible fins available for separate purchase.
How do I choose the right volume for my skill level?
We recommend using our online Volume Calculator which takes into account your weight, height, fitness level, and the typical wave conditions you surf.
Are Firewire boards more eco-friendly than traditional boards?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. Our boards carry the Ecoboard Project Gold Label, utilizing bio-resins and recycled materials to reduce our carbon footprint.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your board leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our freight partner's portal.
